Terms of Service

THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU OR THE ENTITY THAT YOU REPRESENT (hereinafter “Users”) AND Safepedia (hereinafter “Safepedia”) GOVERNING YOUR USE OF SAFEPEDIA SOFTWARE.

These terms of use govern access and use of the Safepedia Services for Users.

Our services include online applications (collectively, the “Safepedia services”). Access to Safepedia services is usually granted by an entity or an organization that has an agreement with Safepedia (“Safepedia Customer”). The Customer gives access to the services to “Users” to conduct activities within the framework and also environment of the Customer’s professional activities. Users may include, for example, employees, customers, consultants, subcontractors and agents of the Customer as well as third parties with whom the Customer does business.

By using Safepedia Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all or part of this Term of Service, you must not use the Services.

Provision of Services

Safepedia will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for scheduled maintenance and update and any unavailability caused by a Force Major Event. Safepedia may update the Services from time to time. If Safepedia changes the Services in a manner that materially reduces their functionality, Safepedia will inform the Customer.

Equipment and Ancillary Services

Users are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment and ancillary services needed to connect to, access, or otherwise any kind of service usage. Users are responsible for ensuring that such Equipment is compatible with the services, as applicable. Users are also responsible for the use, and maintaining the security of the Equipment.

Administration of the Services

Safepedia responsibilities do not extend to the internal management or administration of the Services. Users can have several responsibilities and roles that may or may not be able to monitor, manage, or terminate access to the Services.

  • Usage restriction:
  • Users will not breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures.
  • Sell, resell, remake, or lease the Service.
  • Copy the Service, or any module, part, feature, function or user interface.
  • Reverse engineer the Service, nor any attempt to do so.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or any user for example by sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, e-mail bombing, and any other negative action regarding any part of the Services.
  • Permit access in any way that circumvents a contractual usage limit.
  • Violate the law
  • Other possible violation

In the event of a breach that mentioned above, Safepedia reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with Immediate effect.

Copyrights. Safepedia respects copyright laws and expects all users to do the same. Unauthorized reverse engineering, copying, distribution, modification, public display, or public performance of copyrighted works is an infringement of the copyright holders’ rights. As a condition to the use of the Services, you agree not use the services to infringe the Intellectual Property Rights of others in any way.

License to Use Feedback. Safepedia may use, modify, and incorporate into its software and services any suggestion, enhancement request, correction or other feedback provided by users without any obligation to the users.

Warranties. Safepedia strives to provide great Services, but there are certain things that Safepedia cannot guarantee. TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, SAFEPEDIA AND ITS AFFILIATES (AND ASSOCIATED SERVICE PROVIDERS) (A) PROVIDE THE SERVICES “AS IS”, AND “AS AVAILABLE”, (B) MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (E.G. WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT), AND (C) DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, THAT THE CONTENT WILL BE SECURE OR NOT OTHERWISE LOST OR DAMAGED.

Service unavailability. The user acknowledges that Safepedia does not control the transfer of data over communications facilities, including the internet, and that the services may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of such communications facilities. Safepedia is not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, or other damage resulting from such problems.

Service interruptions. The user acknowledges that the Services may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance or because of other causes beyond Safepedia control. Safepedia will not be liable for any such unavailability, but Safepedia shall use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of any scheduled disruption.

Indemnity. In the performance of its contractual obligations, Safepedia cannot assume or be exposed to the risks associated with the Customer’s business.

Liability principles. Data and any content processed or integrated with the Services by Customer or User is the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Revisions. We may revise these Terms from time to time, and will always post the most current version on our website. You are responsible for checking such postings regularly. By continuing to access or use the Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms
